At Vantum AI Solutions, we take pride in delivering high-quality automation services tailored to each client’s business. Because our services involve custom strategy, system design, and implementation, our refund policy is outlined below.

Custom Services & Setup Fees

All setup fees, onboarding fees, and payments related to custom automation builds are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes discovery, system design, configuration, and implementation work.

Due to the customized nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds for completed or partially completed work.

Monthly Services & Ongoing Support

If you are enrolled in an ongoing service, management, or support plan, you may cancel future services in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement.

  • Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in retroactive refunds

Project Delays & Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Failure to provide required information or access

  • Third-party platform issues or outages

  • Changes in business direction or scope after work has begun

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, Vantum AI Solutions may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests for exceptional circumstances. Any approved refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

No Guarantees of Results

While our systems are designed to improve operational efficiency and lead handling, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or conversion rates. Refunds will not be issued based on business performance or results.
